soap absence failing key cards
the room was quiet and clean.
i booked a superior double room for five nights, but there was no soap in the room, an oversight. key cards failed every single time i needed to enter the room. this.

missing fridge missing telephone
the hotel is in a nice area near a big shopping center it was fine.
the price felt high for what was offered. i found no kettle or fridge in the room, i thought this was a significant miss for the price i paid. there wasn't even a telephone, it felt a bit isolating.
